Every situation is a little different, and these are meant as a starting point — not a substitute for a real conversation with our team.
What does Fusion Legal & Tax do?
We pair attorneys, accountants, and bookkeepers under one roof, organized around four areas: Tax, Bookkeeping, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Estate Planning & Life-Stage Counsel.
Where is Fusion Legal & Tax located?
Our office is in Denver, Colorado, at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd, Building 1, Suite 2000.
Are you currently accepting new clients?
Yes. We're currently accepting new clients and respond to inquiries within one business day.
Why work with one firm for both legal and tax matters?
Estate plans have tax consequences, and business structures have liability consequences. Handling both under one team means your estate plan and tax plan are designed together, rather than coordinated after the fact between separate advisors.
How long has the firm been in business?
Since 2001. The firm operated as Long Law Group before adopting the Fusion Legal & Tax name — same team, same clients, refined model.
Do you work with clients outside Colorado?
Yes — we serve clients in Colorado and across the country.
How do I get started?
Choose Let's Talk to send an inquiry, call 720-922-1120, or email info@fusiontaxlaw.com. You can also open Margot, our AI intake assistant, using the chat icon.
I haven't filed in years. Can you help?
Yes, absolutely. Contact us to speak with our expert tax attorneys to learn about your options.
Can you take over my bookkeeping mid-year?
Yes, we've done this for dozens of clients and can easily onboard you at any time of year.
What happens at a first consultation?
We start with your goals, your questions, and any deadlines. Then we discuss how we can help and the next steps available to you. If our firm is not the right fit, we will do our best to point you toward other options.
