Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website, www.fusiontaxlaw.com. It doesn't cover information you share with us directly by phone, email, or in person, or through our client portal or Margot — those are handled under our client engagement terms.
What we collect
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how this site is used — things like which pages get visited and how long they take to load. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually across other sites.
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address and phone number and, if you choose to add them, the type of inquiry, a description of your situation, how you'd like to be contacted, and whether you're already a client. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. For both, we also record your IP address, which we use only to limit repeated submissions from the same connection. A copy of each message is emailed to our team so we can respond. We use this information to reply to you and, if you subscribe, to send you the newsletter.
Our staff portal, used only by our own team to manage this site, sets a single secure session cookie when a staff member signs in. It isn't set for ordinary visitors browsing the public site.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent visitor data, run third-party advertising on this site, or use tracking pixels beyond the analytics described above.
Third-party tools
Our client portal and Margot, our AI assistant, are operated as separate services with their own privacy practices. Anything you share there is governed by their terms, not this page.
